Meet the Pets, Pet Product Influencers

All pet products featured in the Hound and Home YouTube Channel are reviewed by Julia's animal companions:

Lucy is a Papillon. She's 5 and a rescue dog. Lucy is a fierce protection dog, cuddle bug and quite demanding. She and her older dog brother Roscoe often team up to chase squirrels, bark at nothing and test pet products together. Lucy's favorite pet products to test and review are squeaky toys and fashion.

Max showed up on Julia's front steps in the summer of 2014 as a stray. He remained in the home as a foster dog until permanently placed with a loving family. (He repeatedly attacked Cash, the cat, which is why he could not stay). He reviewed many "tough dog toys" while here. We wish him the best life!

Shelby, Julia's beloved Shih Tzu mix, died at age 14 of bladder cancer in June 2015. While alive, she tested and reviewed all sorts of products, including pet shampoos and medications. She was the Queen Bee, and is greatly missed.

Roscoe is Julia's 13-year-old German Shorthair Pointer and Pitbull mix who her late husband Harold rescued years ago from a warehouse yard. He was an "outside dog" in his younger years but now enjoys the comforts of home. He tests and reviews a wide range of dog products, but his favorite category is natural and organic chew toys, like bones, cow hooves and such.

Cash is Julia's white domestic short-haired cat. As you can see, he enjoys breaking rules. While loving, and never venturing far from home, he is a mischief maker. Cash is a shrewd reviewer of cat products.
